Julian Date Calendar
At Duncan Family Farms, we use Julian dates to track the day our products are packaged. You will find the three digit Julian date printed on the product clamshell. It will be the last three digits in the package code, just after the lot number. Please see the example below.
There are 365 days in a non-leap year, the Julian date is the day within the 365 days. So if we packed product on 141, that would correspond to May 21st on a non-leap year.
