Fig Breakfast Bruschetta

Make breakfast memorable with this sweet & savory combo of fresh figs, microgreens, blackberries, goat cheese and a honey garnish.

Serves 4


  • 4 ½” thick slices good quality, artisan bread

  • 8oz soft spreadable goat cheese (you can substitute cream cheese or ricotta cheese)

  • 1.75 oz microgreens

  • 10 fresh figs (you can substitute dried if fresh is not available)

  • 6 oz fresh blackberries Honey to garnish


    • Toast bread and spread with 2 oz goat cheese.
    • Top with 1/8 cup microgreens.
    • Cut figs into quarters and scatter 8 pieces of figs with 5 blackberries on top of the microgreens.
    • Drizzle with honey and serve.
