Steak Flavor Kit

EZ Herb Kit – Steak: Package seasons 2-4 steaks

Ingrediants

- Wash herbs & pat-dry
- Chop herbs finely & blend
- Add herbs to three-quarters of a cup olive oil and blend in a blender for 10 seconds or whisk by hand
- Pour half of the herb/oil mix onto a plate and roll each steak in the mix until coated
- With a fork, pierce each steak repeatedly on both sides
- Then, pour remaining mixture over steaks, coating fully
- Let steaks rest for 10 min before cooking
- Cook as desired
